Anyone can be successful in NETWORK MARKETING Once they are given the right support from the word Go.
The main Goal isn’t to just earn the referral bonus that you earn when someone joins, but to help them build a very very huge network/Team.
For this to be a success, it all begins with how you craft the new distributors ORIENTATION.
There are 8 parts to a proper NDO
we are going to divide them into 3 sections
3 SECTIONS
1.Sell The Company Again to them. – Remember they join filled with fear, rejection sometimes they don’t know if they made the right decision. So give them confidence that YES, you made the right decision
2.Skills-You must be able to give them skills to use to build their business , it’s not enough to just know about the business they also to know to do the business
3.Making The Business stick in the heart of the new person – This is where talk about them reading their first book on NWM, recommend some videos etc.
THE 1st 3 PARTS (out of 8)OF THE NDO IS WHAT YOU USE TO SELL THE COMPANY AGAIN TO THE NEW DISTRIBUTORS
(i) Kit Opening – Many companies give out package of products. Don’t just give them the bag of products and send them home to use. Pour Everything down, then start putting them back one after the other, explaining in details what each product does, it’s target 🎯 market, pricing etc. And the person buys them again, this time with BIG knowledge,let them ask questions also.
( ii) Go Through The Dashboard With Them – Most Companies have a dashboard where you can be able to look at Your business online, check your genealogy, the recruitment in their Team etc.The excitement comes back once they know how to check their business. They have a username, password, Take them through all the features in the dashboard and how they work. Many of the questions and doubts are usually answered by you showing them practically how the business runs through the dashboard
iii) Go through the marketing plan once again in details – let them ask questions, many presentations are brief people don’t get everything in the first presentation. So explain everything here about the company and business, different terms and conditions so the person really understands what happens when he/she becomes a Member.
THE 4th 5th and 6th PARTS (out of 8)OF THE NDO IS WHAT YOU USE TO TEACH THE SKILLS
(iv) BE able to help them write a Name list.
Gift them a small booklet, use the memory jogger to develop a name list. NB/A namelist ain’t a namelist until it has 200 names and above. So brainstorm with the new person help them come up with the names. We will cover this better when talking about contacts from (The CIPFERE formula)
(v) Teach Them How To Invite-
Give them practical skills and scripts to be able to invite those people. If you don’t, they are going to spoil everything. Either they explain on the phone, You know the common mistakes new people are likely to make. Show them the Dos and Don’ts and it’s much better if you can invite with Them their first people !.
Remember the Goal is to make them independent from you.
(vi) Teach The How To Do A One on One Presentation –
Many companies have those powerful PowerPoint presentations, but not always will the new person have a projector, So show them how to use a Pen and Paper and probably a presentation guide that they can use to do first presentation to their friends, classmates, family members etc.

(vii) Set Goals With Them
After seeing the kit opening, you know how the company works, you have skills LET SET goals and a Game plan.
Game Plan – what are we going to do to achieve this goals. It helps to know the target and exactly what to do to achieve
Many people make the mistake of setting goals but never show a gameplan
(Viii) Personal Growth
Make sure after going through all the steps, they read their first Network Marketing Book, Remember the first time you read your first network marketing book?. It was like talking direct to you, you realised some of the mistakes you were making, it makes you fall in love with the Industry. And there are soo many books written about Network pMarketing that are recommendable to a new Person. Once they read this books they are able to understand many details that you the sponsor
may not give them directly.
